We have streamed our engagement process to make your job easier. Typically we only require an engagement letter, a minimal fee deposit, and you sending us a copy of the file to be reviewed (electronic or hard copy).

Upon receiving your case, our expert witness will review the case file and arrange a convenient conference call with you to discuss our findings and answer any questions you may have.

Upon receiving a request for deposition or court testimony our expert witness will review the case file, schedule a convenient time for a conference call. Deposition facilities are available with video conferencing.
